My mother is currently staying here in Room 44B. She has been to a few other rehab facilities before, but none of them have been as clean and thorough as Garden Park Care Center. The staff of CNAs and nurses here is well-staffed and attentive, and they have all the proper equipment to ensure patient safety. Since my mother has dementia and tends to walk around on her own, putting her at high risk for falls, they placed a bed alarm under her mattress and an alarm mat on the floor, which gives me peace of mind. The staff is sweet and thoughtful. Vanna from Customer Service is enthusiastic and friendly; she regularly visits my mother to check in on her and answer any questions I have. The kitchen even serves Vietnamese food, which my mother really enjoys. The nurses, like Kayla, Tran, Richard, LyLy, and many others whose names I can’t recall right now, are all wonderful. A special thanks to Jennifer, who was incredibly helpful and attentive when I first brought my mother here. I am extremely satisfied and feel completely at ease having my mother cared for here long-term.

We are very happy to receive the excellent and outstanding services from the Garden Park Care Center. The nurses were very caring and treated my father with courtesy and respect. They treated my father like their loved one in their families. The nurses responded to call bells right away. Nurse Kylie D. always took her extra time to explain medications to my father and made him feel safe. The wonderful receptionist Van was nice and helpful. She greeted momentarily everyone who stepped into the nursing facility with the warm, polite and respectful manner. Mrs. Faby was very patient to help my family, especially my father, through stressful and emotional transitions with empathy, cheerful and professional attitude. The rooms are comfortable, excellent facility hygiene. Overall, my father was very satisfied with their services.

One of the absolute best skilled nursing facilities I’ve ever been to! Right when you drive in to the lush green park, you are greeted with a family of geese peacefully meandering the grass. There is plenty of safe parking and you can tell the property is just as well manicured inside as it is outside.

But the best part of this facility is their incredibly friendly & knowledgeable team. I was amazed how welcoming everyone was. During my tour, every single one of their patients were comfortable, well taken care of and in good spirits.

I would definitely recommend anyone needing an excellent skilled nursing home (including to my own friends/family) to stay here at Garden Park Care Center!

Following to the review of my son, Justin H, I specially want to express my appreciation to Ms. Faby who has helped us since the very beginning, and Ms. Vanna who always welcomes us with her bright smile. Vanna is very helpful, friendly and most of the time be there for us.

I also want to thank all of nurses, CNA, staffs who are taking care of my mom’s meals, medications, sanitations…

My mom is still being taken a good care at Garden Park Center.

My grandma was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, when home was no longer her comfort place. It was both stressful for her and the family to find a safe place where she could get the best care and attention, where she could feel safe and call it her home. Her first ever smile ever since the diagnosis was talking to the staffs at Garden Park Care Center.

We are truly thankful to have found this place for our grandma, as the nurses along with the staffs are truly caring towards her and the family. Everything our grandma needed was taken care of immediately, and all requests were met as well. Garden Park is the prime example of meeting in the middle with family members and making sure their residents are at their most comfort, which our grandma could safely call it home and smile.

I recently visited Garden Park Care Center as a Field Representative for King Medical Supply, and I was thoroughly impressed by the experience. From the moment I walked in, Administrator Dean and the entire staff exuded professionalism, warmth, and helpfulness. True class!

I am very wary of nursing homes because most of them are hubs of infection spread, negligence, and miscoordination. It’s so refreshing, therefore, to see a team that does a good job globally, starting from being unbelievably friendly and caring, having a good turnaround time to address matters, and this overall sense that everyone is serious about doing a good job and seeing patient concerns addressed in full. The entire business office will answer questions above and beyond and guide you. The PT OT will tag team and encourage the patient– head of OT (Bata?) is astounding and the director Aileen can coordinate and address things. Social services Emma is super kind and knows how to reach out, direct a meeting, and find answers if she is not quite sure. Medical records are professional and Admissions gets things done. Speech made a clear diagram to help us. A lot of the CNAs are jolly and focused – my mom made rapport with them. LVNs are diligent. I loved talking to the RNs and front desk- they are on top of it. The bathrooms and floors are clean, all the TVs work. All the little things are attended to. You can tell this is a place with a culture of respect and structure, and that Dean handles this facility with a vision to investigate, address issues so there is always serious growth, but also keep the humble and fun spirit. Overall it was the only place I felt safe leaving my mom in outside of our own home, given that I am quite SNF-averse. This feeling was worth the world for the time we needed to transition her to home. I am really thankful for all the hard work and I’m also thankful for the great doctor who was responsive to my mom’s needs while she was there.

Great place to donate medical items from your father that was in hospice care.

This nursing home is far better than others in Orange County. My father stayed at another one close by and they were notorious at neglecting their patients. My father recently passed away at Garden Park Care Center.The team there made sure he passed away comfortably. They were always updating me on his condition. They were compassionate and considerate. I would definitely like to thank the staff for their dedication and professionalism. I would consider this place over others when choosing for your loved one. Thank you, Garden Park Care Center!
